- Requesting the immersion in schools through semi-structured interviews with primary school educators about the school-home communication tools used by each.
Research Update Oct.23
September marked the beginning of the field research diligences. The recruitment of five educators for a longitudinal participation in this work is intended. Semi-structured interviews are being requested.
Research Update Apr.24
The interviews with primary school teachers were concluded, determined by thematic saturation and, simultaneously, the lack of response from the school clusters selected to represent the low and medium socioeconomic contexts.

Celebra-se hoje pela primeira vez o Dia Internacional da Brincadeira. Uma iniciativa das Nações Unidas para incentivar uma mudança sistémica que permita que todas as crianças tenham acesso ao tempo, espaço e apoio necessários para brincar. Para colocar o brincar de volta na agenda. Neste dia e em todos os dias.
Nesta semana houve visita à escola cooperativa A Torre, em Lisboa. Foram entrevistados quatro professores para conhecer as suas práticas de comunicação escola-casa.
Uma opinião em linha com os fundamentos do projeto "Quero Fazer" – a ineficiência do estender da prática escolar até casa versus o desenvolvimento do espaço doméstico enquanto ambiente de aprendizagem que recorre ao seu contexto e recursos, na infância.

Os encarregados de educação e pais, já sobrecarregados por empregos mal pagos, precários e que exigem energia mental e física, ainda são forçados a abdicar do tempo de família.Hoje houve imersão na realidade da Escola Básica de Chão do Sapo, Cadaval, através de entrevistas contextuais às Professoras Adélia e Inês.
Procuramos conduzir um conjunto de entrevistas a educadores do 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, em particular dos agrupamentos D. Dinis, Marquesa de Alorna, Rainha Dona Leonor (Lisboa), e Cadaval, sobre as ferramentas utilizadas na comunicação escola-casa.
